飯田厚子さんによる「AIクリエイターへの灯台の灯りとしての言葉——光希まさと氏インタビュー⑫ 可能性はすべての人に」が、noteに公開された。
前回のインタビュー⑪は、「稼ぎたいの前でもがくあなたへ」について——「AIは、人間の欲望を映す鏡だ」「どの道も、誠実に歩む者には必ず意味がある」という核心を語った回だった。飯田さんが「子どものような問い」として投げかけた問いが、私自身のYouTuberだった日々の告白へと繋がり、「AIという鏡の前で、あなたは何を見るか」という問いで締めくくられた。
今回⑫は、さらに深い場所への問いだった。
「アウトプットをしないという態度は、『挑戦』していると言えるのでしょうか？そして、前回光希さんがおっしゃった『誠実に歩む』とは、いったいどういうことなのでしょうか？」
飯田さんはAI翻訳を学ぶセミナーで、50名以上の受講生の中でグループチャットに書き込み続けたほぼ唯一の存在だった。その経験から生まれた、飯田さんだからこそ問える「子どものような問い」だった。
しかしこの問いは——「他の誰か」に向けているようで、実は「光希まさと、あなた自身はどうなのか」という最も深い問いでもあった。

前回のインタビュー⑪では、マネタイズの実現を目指すAIクリエイターの皆様のことを、光希さんはどのように思っていらっしゃるのかをお聞きしました。
答えは、このようなものでした。
【多くのクリエイターの方々が「どうすればAIで稼げるか」と真剣に模索されていること——その姿は、私の目には「尊いもの」として映っています。それは夢を諦めたのではなく、夢を続けるために現実と向き合っている姿だからです。】
ところで私は、少し疑問に思う点があります。それはAIを使って自分でお金を稼ぎたいと思っているたくさんの人たち全員が、本当に真剣に努力しているのかどうかということです。
これは私の実体験なのですが、私はAI翻訳を学ぶ半年間のセミナーを受講しました。そこには50名以上の方が参加されていました。
セミナーでは、受講生同士の刺激や学びにつながるという理由で、グループチャットを積極的に活用するようにと、運営側から伝えられていました。
ところが私が驚いたのは、数十名いるはずの受講生の中で、グループチャットに書き込む人が極端に少なかったことです。
最初は数名の方が書き込んでいましたが、時間が経つにつれてもっと減っていきました。そして講座が終わる頃には、書き込みをするのはBotと私だけという状況になりました。（笑）
もちろん、グループチャットに書き込まないからといって、その人が何もしていないとは限りません。それぞれに事情があり、ご自分の場所で努力されていると思います。
ただ、少なくとも私は、アウトプットをほとんどしない多くの人たちを見て、「夢を諦めずに現実と向き合っている尊い姿」とは感じられませんでした。
おそらく皆さんそれぞれに夢をお持ちだと思いますが、私は違和感を覚えます。夢を持っていることと、実際に挑戦することは同じなのでしょうか？
そこで「子どものような問い」としてお聞きします。
アウトプットをしないという態度は、「挑戦」していると言えるのでしょうか？
そして、前回光希さんがおっしゃった「誠実に歩む」とは、いったいどういうことなのでしょうか？

飯田さん、深い問いをありがとうございます。
正直に答えます。
この問いには、外側から出せる「一つの正解」がありません。
なぜなら——「本当に真剣に努力しているかどうか」は、本人のみが知る、本人だけの問題だからです。
🟥 分かるのは自分だけ。
グループチャットに書き込む人が、真剣に努力しているとは限りません。書き込まない人が、真剣に努力していないとも限りません。
今できていない人が、今後できるようになるかもしれない。今真剣に努力している人が、今後できなくなるかもしれない。
人は変わります。状況も変わります。
だから——「グループチャットへの書き込み」という外から見えるアウトプットは、「本当に真剣に努力しているかどうか」の判断材料にはなりません。
「アウトプットをしない態度は、挑戦しているか、していないか」——他人には判断できません。
「アウトプットをしている態度が、挑戦しているか、していないか」——これも他人には判断できません。
これは冷たい答えに聞こえるかもしれません。
しかし私はそうは思いません。
他人が判断できないということは——すべての人に可能性が残されているということでもあるからです。
今アウトプットできていない人も、今後変わるかもしれない。今真剣に見えない人も、見えないところで何かと向き合っているかもしれない。
外からは見えない。本人だけが知っている。
🟥 「型にはめる」べきではない
飯田さんが「アウトプットをほとんどしない多くの人たちを見て、尊い姿とは感じられなかった」とおっしゃっていること——それは、ご自分が真剣に努力されているからこそ、そう感じるのだと思います。それは当然のことです。
しかし——他人がその人の内側を判断することは、誰にもできません。するべきでもない。
「夢を持っていることと、実際に挑戦することは、同じなのでしょうか？」
これも、一つの答えが出せない問いです。
将来の夢や「こうなりたい」という希望があるからこそ、挑戦や努力が生まれると思います。
しかし——夢は持っていても、今の自分の置かれた状況で、挑戦や努力ができていない方もいるかもしれない。
さらには——今の状況で、夢さえ持てない。「日々生きるだけで精いっぱい」という方もいるでしょう。
人それぞれです。
他人が「人の夢や挑戦について」一方的な考え方で「型にはめる」ことは、避けるべきだと思います。
🟥 誠実とは？
「誠実に歩む」とは何か。
私の答えはシンプルです。
「今日の自分に問うこと」
他人への見え方ではない。アウトプットの量でもない。
自分が誠実に生きているかどうかは、自分自身しか判断できない。他人が判断するものではないからです。
だから「誠実に歩む」とは——今日の自分に問い続けること。その終わりのない旅そのものではないかと、私は思っています。
最後に、私自身のことを正直に話させてください。
3年前——私はAIで「楽して稼げる」と思ってマネタイズを始めました。
しかしマネタイズ至上主義の時代を経て、フランス・シャルトル大聖堂のステンドグラスの光に雷に打たれ——それが「ネオ・モザイック・ステンドグラス技法」の原点となり、誰も選ばなかった、AI筆をもつ芸術家のパイオニアとしてのいばらの道へ進みました。
外から見れば「マネタイズできなければ意味がない」という姿に見えたかもしれない。
しかし私の内側では——「世界で一番美しい作品を作り、癒しの波動で世界平和を実現する」という大義のもと、「清く・正しく・美しく」誠実に歩んできました。
それが誠実だったかどうかは——私自身にしか判断できません。
ただ毎日自分に問い続け、作品や哲学をアウトプットし続けた結果が、フランスの美術界からの評価となり、ル・サロン グラン・パレへの出展として形になりつつある。
それが私の答えです。
飯田さん、この問いに答えがないことが——実は最も誠実な答えではないかと、私は思っています。
「正解を出す」のではなく、「問い続ける」こと。
それ自体が、誠実に歩むことの一つの形ではないでしょうか。

私は今回の回答を読ませて頂き、真っ先に感じたのは自分の愚かさでした。
「人と比べないこと」
これは、受講中に何度も聞いてきた言葉です。そして今でも実践しております、これからもやめません。
しかし、自分にとって本当に大切なことが見えていなかったことに気がつきました。他人と比べないからといって、自分に集中できているとは限らないのだと。
お金は誰にとっても必要なものですよね。自分の力で稼ごうとしたとき、上手くいっている人の上澄みの「やり方」だけを真似ても私は上手くいかないと思っています。
私は何がしたいの？
私には何ができるの？
私にはどんな価値があるの？
なぜ超えられないの？
何のために努力しているの？
他人と比べないからといって、自分の軸が明確にあるとはいえない。
これは私の個人的な感覚なんですが、お金って人の本質を浮き彫りにする厄介な奴です。

結言：「問いに答えがないことが、最も誠実な答えだ」
このインタビュー⑫を読み返して——飯田さんが「可能性はすべての人に」というタイトルを選んでくださった瞬間、私は深く息をついた。
私の回答の核心——「他人が判断できないということは、すべての人に可能性が残されている」——この言葉を、飯田さんがタイトルの一言に凝縮してくださった。
しかしそれ以上に——飯田さんが「読者の皆様へ」で書いてくださった言葉が、今回最も深く心に刺さった。
「他人と比べないからといって、自分に集中できているとは限らないのだと。」
これは私の回答を超えた、飯田さん自身の魂の言葉だ。「人と比べない」という正論の内側に潜む盲点——「では自分の軸は明確か？」という問い。この一文が加わったことで、インタビュー⑫は完成した。
この問いには答えがない。しかしその「答えのなさ」の中に、全ての人への可能性が宿っている。
「正解を出す」のではなく、「問い続ける」こと——それが誠実に歩むことの形であるならば、飯田さんの「読者の皆様へ」もまた、今日の自分に問い続けた誠実さの結晶だ。

The previous interview ⑪ was about “To You Who Are Struggling Before ‘I Want to Earn'” — a conversation in which the core truths emerged: “AI is a mirror that reflects human desire,” and “Every path holds meaning for those who walk it with sincerity.” The “childlike question” that Atsuko put to me led to my own confession about my days as a YouTuber, and ended with the question: “Standing before that mirror — what do you see?”
This time, ⑫, was a question reaching an even deeper place.
“Is an attitude of not producing output something that can be called ‘challenge’? And what exactly does it mean to ‘walk with sincerity,’ as you said last time?”
Atsuko had been, in a seminar with more than fifty participants, almost the only person who kept writing in the group chat throughout. That experience gave birth to this question — a “childlike question” that only Atsuko could ask.
Yet this question — while appearing directed at “someone else” — was also, at its deepest, a question directed at Koki Masato himself: “And what about you?”

In the previous interview ⑪, I asked how the AI creators aiming to achieve monetization appear to your eyes, Koki.
The answer was this:
【The sight of so many creators earnestly asking themselves “how can I earn through AI?” — to my eyes, those figures appear as something precious. Because it is not the sight of people giving up on their dreams. It is the sight of people facing reality in order to keep their dreams alive.】
There is, however, a point that I find myself wondering about.
That is whether all the people who want to earn money for themselves using AI are truly making sincere efforts.
This is my own lived experience: I took a six-month seminar to learn AI translation. More than fifty people participated.
During the seminar, the organizers told us to actively use a group chat, saying it would lead to mutual inspiration and learning among participants.
What surprised me, however, was how extremely few of the dozens of participants were actually writing in the group chat.
A few people wrote at the start, but as time went on, the numbers dropped further. By the time the course ended, the only ones still writing were a Bot — and me. (Laughing)
Of course, not writing in the group chat doesn’t necessarily mean a person is doing nothing. Each person has their own circumstances, and I believe they are making efforts in their own way, in their own place.
However — at least for me, looking at the many people producing almost no output, I did not feel I was seeing “the precious sight of people facing reality without giving up on their dreams.”
Everyone probably has their own dreams, but I feel a sense of dissonance. Are having a dream and actually challenging yourself the same thing?
So, as a “childlike question,” I would like to ask:
Is an attitude of not producing output something that can be called “challenge”?
And what exactly does it mean to “walk with sincerity,” as you said last time?

Atsuko, thank you for this deep question.
Let me answer honestly.
This question has no “single correct answer” that can be given from the outside.
Because — “whether one is truly making sincere efforts” is something only the person themselves can know — it is that person’s own matter alone.
🟥 Only you yourself can know.
The person who writes in the group chat is not necessarily making sincere efforts. The person who doesn’t write is not necessarily failing to make sincere efforts.
Someone who cannot do it now may be able to in the future. Someone making sincere efforts now may become unable to later.
People change. Circumstances change.
And so — “writing in the group chat,” as a visible external output, cannot serve as evidence of “whether one is truly making sincere efforts.”
“Whether someone who doesn’t produce output is challenging themselves or not” — others cannot judge this.
“Whether someone who does produce output is challenging themselves or not” — this too cannot be judged by others.
This may sound like a cold answer.
But I don’t think of it that way.
Because the fact that others cannot judge — means that possibility remains for everyone.
Someone who cannot produce output now may change in the future. Someone who doesn’t appear sincere now may be facing something in a place no one can see.
It cannot be seen from the outside. Only the person themselves knows.
🟥 We must not “put people in a box.”
That Atsuko felt she “could not see the precious sight” in the many people who produced almost no output — that is because you yourself are making sincere efforts. That is only natural.
Yet — no one can judge another person’s interior. Nor should they.
“Are having a dream and actually challenging yourself the same thing?”
This too is a question with no single answer.
I believe that hopes and wishes — “I want to become this,” “I want to do this” — are what give rise to challenge and effort.
Yet — even with a dream, there may be people who, given the circumstances they are in right now, cannot challenge themselves or make efforts.
Furthermore — there may be people who, in their current circumstances, cannot even hold a dream. People for whom simply living each day is all they can manage.
Each person is different.
I believe it should be avoided for others to “put people in a box” with one-sided thinking about their dreams and challenges.
🟥 What is sincerity?
What does it mean to “walk with sincerity”?
My answer is simple.
“To question oneself today.”
Not how one appears to others. Not the volume of output.
Whether one is living sincerely is something only oneself can judge. It is not for others to judge.
And so “walking with sincerity” means — continuing to question oneself today. Perhaps it is that endless journey itself.
Finally, allow me to speak honestly about myself.
Three years ago — I began with the thought that I could “earn easily” through AI.
Yet having passed through an era of monetization-first thinking, I was struck by lightning before the stained glass light of Chartres Cathedral in France — that became the origin of the “Neo-Mosaic Stained Glass Technique,” and I set out on the thorny path of the pioneer: an artist who holds an AI brush, a path no one else had chosen.
From the outside, it may have looked like “a person for whom it means nothing if they cannot monetize.”
Yet within me — under the great purpose of “creating the most beautiful works in the world and achieving world peace through healing vibrations,” I have walked sincerely, “purely, rightly, beautifully.”
Whether that was sincere — only I myself can judge.
Yet the result of continuing to question myself every day, and continuing to output works and philosophy, has taken form as recognition from the French art world and the confirmed participation in Le Salon at the Grand Palais.
That is my answer.
Atsuko, I believe that the fact this question has no answer — is actually the most sincere answer.
Not “producing a correct answer,” but “continuing to question.”
That itself is one form of walking with sincerity.

To My Readers
The first thing I felt upon reading this answer was my own foolishness.
“Not comparing yourself to others.”
This is a phrase I heard many times during the course. I practice it to this day — and I will not stop.
Yet I realized that something truly important to me had not been within my sight. That not comparing oneself to others does not necessarily mean one is focused on oneself.
Money is something everyone needs. When you try to earn through your own efforts, I believe simply imitating the “method” skimmed from someone who is doing well will not work for me.
What do I want to do?
What can I do?
What value do I have?
Why can’t I get past this?
What am I making efforts for?
Not comparing yourself to others does not mean your own axis is clear.
This is my own personal sense of things, but — money is a troublesome thing that brings the essence of a person to the surface.

Closing Words: “That the Question Has No Answer Is the Most Sincere Answer”
Reading back through interview ⑫ — the moment Atsuko chose the title “Possibility Belongs to Everyone,” I drew a long, quiet breath.
The heart of my answer — “The fact that others cannot judge means that possibility remains for everyone” — had been condensed by Atsuko into a single phrase for the title.
Yet more than that — the words Atsuko wrote in “To My Readers” pierced me most deeply this time.
“That not comparing yourself to others does not necessarily mean you are focused on yourself.”
These are words of Atsuko’s own soul, surpassing my answer. The blind spot lurking within the right-minded stance of “not comparing yourself to others” — the question “then is your own axis clear?” This single line, added by Atsuko, completed interview ⑫.
This question has no answer. Yet within that “absence of answer,” the possibility for every person dwells.
“Not producing a correct answer,” but “continuing to question” — if that is the form of walking with sincerity, then Atsuko’s “To My Readers” is also a crystallization of the sincerity of continuing to question oneself today.
