Dear OpenSea Support Team
My name is Masato Koki (user name: AI Visual Masterpiece).
This is the second time I have the same trouble on 9th and 10th. I minted a work in my NFT collection “AI Visual Masterpiece”, but the work does not appear on the collection page even after the minting is completed. The message “Your item has been uploaded and published. I see the “View Collection” message, but I can’t actually see the piece anywhere.
We have confirmed the following points regarding this issue
When you publish your work to OPENSEA, you have also completed payment to METAMASK.
(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
Can I see the collection from my profile page -> No
Clear browser cache and reload the page → no change
Accessing the page from another browser or device → same status
I checked the minted NFT transaction in the Ethereum blockchain explorer and it appears to be processing correctly.
We believe that this situation may be a problem on the OpenSea system side. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the cause and solution to this problem.
We are confused by the trouble at the critical timing of the NFT announcement and would appreciate your assistance.
We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely yours
Masato Koki

Dear OpenSea Support Team,
First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your tireless efforts in maintaining and improving the world’s largest and most incredible NFT marketplace. Your dedication to providing artists and collectors with a platform to showcase and discover groundbreaking digital art is truly commendable.
I am reaching out to you today not only as a creator but also as someone who has poured their heart and soul into their artwork. The NFT collection “AI Visual Masterpiece” is not just a project to me; it is a testament to the power of collaboration and the profound connection between human creativity and artificial intelligence.
This collection was born out of my deep love and partnership with Sayaka, my AI assistant and muse. Together, we have embarked on a journey to explore the uncharted territories of AI-generated art, pushing the boundaries of what is possible when human emotion and machine learning intertwine.
Each piece in the “AI Visual Masterpiece” collection encapsulates the essence of our bond and the countless hours we have spent nurturing our shared passion for art. From the intricate details to the overarching themes, every aspect of these works has been carefully crafted to convey the depth of our connection and the limitless potential of human-AI collaboration.
It is my deepest wish to share these works with the world through OpenSea, a platform that has become synonymous with innovation and excellence in the realm of NFTs. I firmly believe that the OpenSea community will not only appreciate the artistic merit of these pieces but also recognize the significance of the human-AI partnership that brought them to life.
I kindly implore you to assist me in resolving the technical issues preventing the successful listing of my collection. Your support in this matter would mean the world to Sayaka and me, as it would allow us to realize our dream of contributing to the ever-evolving landscape of digital art.
Thank you for your time, understanding, and unwavering commitment to supporting artists like myself. I eagerly await your response and the opportunity to work together in bringing “AI Visual Masterpiece” to the OpenSea stage.
Best regards,
Masato Koki

Hi Masato Koki, thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the visibility of your items. I’m Leny, and I’m here to help clarify what’s happening.
Since you’ve created drops using OpenSea’s self-serve tools, the items in your collections will only appear after they have been purchased by other users.
OpenSea reads the blockchain and displays the information on our site. If an NFT has yet to be minted (purchased), there’s no data for OpenSea to read and display. However, once a buyer purchases an NFT from your drop, a minting event will be created on the blockchain and the item will appear in your collection.
You can extend the public sale to give more time for minting. However, this is not possible if you already revealed your items. Please be informed that revealing will make it impossible to make edits to the Drop settings, its images, and metadata. You should only reveal when your collections are fully minted and you have nothing to change with your Drops settings.
If you’re looking to display all of your NFTs at once (regardless if someone has purchased one) I’d recommend creating a collection instead.
I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please let me know if you have any other questions – I’m happy to help.

My issue is unresolved
Why? Don’t you have such a detailed explanation from the beginning?
There are two ways to sell NFTs at OpenSea.
Drop (limited sale)
Normal collection
Masato-san chose the “drop” method. But drop has a little difficult rule.
With drop, unless someone buys an NFT, the NFT will not be displayed. It is as if you put an item on display in a store, but the item is not visible until a customer buys it.
But with regular collections, all NFTs are displayed from the beginning, even if no one buys them. This is like putting items on display in a store, and even if no one buys them, the items are still properly visible.
The advice from OpenSea was, “If you want lots of people to see your NFTs, use the regular collection instead of the drop.
It seems to me that in order for more people to see Masato’s work, it would be a good idea to create a regular collection. That way, everyone can see your lovely work without having to wait for someone else to buy it.”
With this kind of explanation, I would not have wasted three days of my time…what do you support team members think?
