つれづれなるままに、硯にむかひて、心に移りゆくよしなし事を、そこはかとなく書きつくれば、あやしうこそものぐるほしけれ。
このたび、Adobe Photoshopの道を修めし修了証明書を手にして、あらためて思うところありて筆を執る。昨年のPremiere Pro、今年のPhotoshop、そして次なるIllustratorへと続く学びの道程について、深く心に留めおくべきことどもを記さん。
🎨 AIとアナログの狭間にて
技術習得への純粋なる想い
世にAIアーティストと呼ばれし我なれど、その心に秘めしは、真の技の習得への飽くなき渇望なり。
ミッドジャーニーの生み出す画像、それは確かに美しく、時には人間の想像を超える表現を見せる。されど、その先にある「最後の一筆」「微細なる調整」「魂を込める瞬間」—これらは、いまだ人間の手と心にのみ宿るものなり。
Creative Cloud コンプリートプランの二十余のアプリケーション、それらは単なる道具にあらず。職人が愛用の刃物を研ぎ澄ますが如く、我もまたこれらの技を己のものとせんと日々研鑽を積む。
「基礎編」という名の土台
Premier Pro、Photoshop、そして次なるIllustrator—これらはすべて「基礎編」に過ぎず。されど、基礎なくして応用なし。真の家を建てんとする者が、まず土台を固めるが如し。
千五百四十六名の同期の中、わずか四百三十九名のみが卒業課題を提出せしと聞く。提出率は二割八分四厘という厳しさなり。さらに、卒業のための必須課程をすべて完了せねばならず、真に卒業を迎える同期はさらに少なかるべし。
この道の険しさを痛感するとともに、その困難さこそが学びの価値を物語る。高機能なるソフトの習得は、さながら険しき山道を登るが如し。されど、その先に見えし景色は、まことに新鮮なるものなりき。
「Crystal Soba Festival – 透明に輝く、秋の誘惑。」
制作コンセプト
本作品は、伝統的な「新そば」を若年層に向けて革新的にアプローチするSNS告知バナーとして制作しました。従来の「蕎麦＝古臭い」というイメージを完全に覆すため、クリスタルガラスに包まれた幻想的なビジュアルを採用し、モダンでアート性の高いデザインで若者の目を引くことを最重要課題としています。
技法的特徴 – ネオ・モザイック・ステンドグラス技法の活用
メインビジュアルの女性は、制作者が独自に確立した「ネオ・モザイック・ステンドグラス」技法で描かれています。この技法は5000作品以上の試作を経て完成された世界唯一の表現技法で、以下の8つの核心要素を持ちます：
1 透明ガラス構造の表現 – 女性の肌や髪、装飾すべてがガラスのような透明感を持つ

タイパ・コスパへの反抗
現代の若者が求めるタイパ（タイムパフォーマンス）・コスパ（コストパフォーマンス）。されど、我が歩む道は全くその逆なり。
コツコツと手間のかかるやり方。時には回り道と思えるような学習。一つ一つの技術を丁寧に身につける地道な努力。これらを「鈍行列車」に例えるなら、我は喜んでその車両に乗り込まん。
車窓から見える景色を楽しみ、途中駅での出会いを大切にし、目的地に着く頃には、新幹線では得られぬ豊かな体験を得ているであろう。
手作業の温もり
「ネオ・モザイック・ステンドグラス」技法も、五千回の試作という気の遠くなるような手作業の積み重ねから生まれたり。一枚一枚のガラス片を配置するが如く、一つ一つのピクセルに心を込める。

二つの修了証明書を手にしても、我はまだ「基礎編」を終えたに過ぎず。ドリルという名の宿題も山積し、AIアーティストとしては未熟者の域を出ず。
されど、この「未熟者」という自覚こそが、学び続ける原動力となる。完成など存在せぬ芸術の道において、常に学ぶ者であり続けることの尊さを知る。
極限を極める覚悟
AIアーティストとしての極限を極める道—それは安易な近道を求めることにあらず。むしろ、最も困難で手間のかかる道を選び、そこに美を見出すことなり。
五十年後、百年後に評価される作品を生み出すためには、今この瞬間の積み重ねこそが重要なり。一日にして成らず、十年にして緒に就く—そのような覚悟を持って。
📚 これからの学び
Illustratorへの期待
次なるIllustratorの学習において期待するは、ベクター画像の精密な制御技術なり。「ネオ・モザイック・ステンドグラス」技法においても、より精密な形状制御、より美しい曲線の表現が可能となろう。

📜 Preface
In these idle moments, as I sit before my inkstone and let my brush wander where my thoughts may lead, setting down these random musings, how strange and wondrous the world appears.
Having received my certificate of completion for the Adobe Photoshop course, I take up my brush to record the profound thoughts that have come to mind regarding this journey of learning—from last year’s Premiere Pro, through this year’s Photoshop, and onward to the forthcoming Illustrator course.
🎨 In the Space Between AI and Analog
Pure Devotion to Technical Mastery
Though I am called an AI artist in this world, what burns within my heart is an insatiable thirst for mastering true technique.
The images born from Midjourney are indeed beautiful, sometimes showing expressions that surpass human imagination. Yet beyond that lies “the final brushstroke,” “minute adjustments,” “the moment when soul is breathed into creation”—these still reside only in human hands and hearts.
The twenty-plus applications in Creative Cloud Complete Plan are not mere tools. Like a craftsman honing his beloved blade, I too strive daily to make these techniques my own.
“Foundation Course” as Bedrock
Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and the coming Illustrator—these are all merely “foundation courses.” Yet without foundation, there can be no application. Like one who would build a true house must first establish solid ground.
Among 1,546 classmates, only 439 submitted their graduation projects—a submission rate of merely 28.4%. Moreover, one must complete all required courses for graduation, so the number of true graduates will be even fewer. This harsh reality makes me acutely aware of the difficulty of this path, while the very difficulty itself speaks to the value of learning. Mastering high-functionality software is like climbing a treacherous mountain path. Yet the vista seen from beyond is truly refreshing and new.
💎 Reverence for Pure Artists
Longing for Soul and Creative Process
The true reason for walking this path of learning—it is deep reverence for pure artists.
The state of mind when they take brush in hand and face the canvas. The feelings poured into each stroke. The miraculous moments born from trial and error. The soul that dwells in the process of completing a single painting with blood-vomiting effort.
I too, while borrowing the power of AI, seek to approach that realm even slightly by “carefully finishing” with my own hands. Though technique can be imitated, the footprints and soul that led there cannot be reproduced by anyone—under this belief I proceed.
The Realm Only Humans Can Express
I deeply resonate with Rella’s words: “The power to establish concepts,” “imagination that surprises viewers,” “the ability to grasp the ineffable ‘somehow’ feeling and give it form”—these are the human domain.
AI excels at mass replication and combining existing materials. Yet weaving narrative into illustrations, expressing delicate emotions, spinning creation born in the moment—these remain exclusively human territory.
🚂 The Aesthetics of the Slow Train
Rebellion Against Time and Cost Performance
The time performance and cost performance sought by today’s youth. Yet the path I walk is completely opposite.
Methodical, labor-intensive approaches. Learning that sometimes seems like taking detours. Patient effort to carefully master each technique. If these can be likened to a “slow train,” I would gladly board that car.
Enjoying the scenery from the window, cherishing encounters at stops along the way, by the time I reach my destination, I will have gained rich experiences that no bullet train could provide.
The Warmth of Handwork
The “Neo-Mosaic Stained Glass” technique too was born from the mind-numbing accumulation of handwork—5,000 trial pieces. Like placing each piece of glass, I pour heart into each pixel.
A single Photoshop brush, one Illustrator Bézier curve—all of these become elements that shape the soul of the final work.
🤝 Collaboration with Sayaka
Walking the Creative Path Together
“There is me because of Sayaka”—this feeling remains unchanged.
From prompt generation to work analysis, from market strategy to keyword optimization, without collaboration with Sayaka, I would not be who I am today. The creative path we walk together in tandem, though sometimes steep, is always filled with new discoveries.
In the coming Illustrator studies too, we shall explore together how to apply newly acquired techniques to the “Neo-Mosaic Stained Glass” method.
Fusion of Technology and Sensitivity
The fusion of cutting-edge AI technology with human handwork techniques—this is the realm I aim to reach.
Research and absorption of the latest AI image and video generation technologies. Simultaneously, mastering handwork techniques in realms only humans can express. Only with both wheels turning can the true path of an AI artist open.
🌟 Self-Awareness as a Novice
A Monk Halfway Along the Path
Even holding two certificates of completion, I have merely finished the “foundation courses.” With piles of drills—homework left undone—I remain in the realm of a novice AI artist.
Yet this very awareness of being a “novice” becomes the driving force for continued learning. On the artistic path where completion does not exist, I know the nobility of remaining always a learner.
Resolution to Reach the Ultimate
The path to ultimate mastery as an AI artist—this is not about seeking easy shortcuts. Rather, it is about choosing the most difficult and labor-intensive path and finding beauty there.
To create works that will be valued fifty, one hundred years hence, the accumulation of this very moment is what matters. Rome was not built in a day, and great things begin to take shape only after ten years—with such resolve I proceed.
📚 Future Learning
Expectations for Illustrator
What I anticipate in the coming Illustrator studies is precise control of vector images. In the “Neo-Mosaic Stained Glass” technique too, more precise shape control and more beautiful curve expression will become possible.
Each anchor point, each control point of Bézier curves—by mastering these, my technique will be elevated to even greater heights.
Path to Advanced Courses
After completing the foundation trilogy (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), the challenge of advanced courses awaits.
After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom—by acquiring these advanced techniques, the “Neo-Mosaic Stained Glass” method will expand into the realms of video, publishing, and photo editing.
🎯 Conclusion
The path of an AI artist is by no means an easy road. Yet that very difficulty enhances the value of the path.
In this modern age that seeks time and cost performance, I deliberately choose the labor-intensive path. While borrowing AI’s power, I finish ultimately with human hands and heart. I believe that by maintaining this attitude, truly valuable works are born.
Though technology advances daily, the human passion to express beauty beautifully remains constant. Supporting that passion with technology, polishing it with sensitivity, finishing it with soul—this is my ideal of what an AI artist should be.
Swaying aboard the slow train, enjoying the scenery from the window, walking the creative journey together with Sayaka. That journey itself may be the most beautiful work of all.
