多くの方々の応援に支えられ、AIアーティストとしての新たなる地平を見出すことを得たり。見ず知らずの創作者たちの作品に触れ、その才気溢るる表現に心打たれ、また大いなる刺激を受けたり。

敗れたりとて、挑戦の価値は些かも減ずることなし。むしろ、この経験こそが、次なる高みを目指す糧となりぬ。来たる年も、より深き表現を求めて、この舞台に立つことを誓うものなり。

Essays in Idleness – Modern Chapter “The Meaning of Challenge”

As I sit quietly with brush in hand, letting my thoughts flow freely onto paper, various matters cross my mind, somewhat bewildering in their randomness.

I have learned the results of TOKYO AI Fashion Week. Though I did not win a prize, my heart is deeply moved by the magnitude of what I gained through this challenge.

My work, which progressed to the second round of judging, was an attempt to fuse Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers” with the beauty of kimono. It was an endeavor to unite the twelve-hundred-year tradition of Japanese kimono with Van Gogh’s passion.

Supported by the encouragement of many, I discovered new horizons as an AI artist. My heart was touched by the works of unknown creators, and I received great inspiration from their brilliant expressions.

Defeat does not diminish the value of the challenge in the slightest. Rather, this experience becomes the nourishment for reaching greater heights in the future. I pledge to stand on this stage again next year, seeking even deeper expressions.

With gratitude in my heart for all who supported me, I renew my determination for the next challenge. I believe that the potential of art created through the collaboration of AI and humans lies at heights yet unseen.
