富士山は、古来より日本人の心の拠り所であり、霊峰として崇められてきた。
その富士山を、世界初の「ネオ・モザイック・ステンドグラス技法」で描いた「赤富士」—これを、2026年の「吉兆図」として、今回の展示に選んだ。

As we welcome the New Year, Japan has an auspicious proverb about first dreams: “First Fuji, Second Hawk, Third Eggplant.”
Mount Fuji has been the spiritual anchor of Japanese hearts since ancient times, revered as a sacred peak.
“Red Fuji,” depicting this Mount Fuji through the world’s first “Neo-Mosaic Stained Glass technique”—
I chose this work for this exhibition as an “auspicious picture” for 2026.
May the coming year be happy and peaceful for people around the world.
Feelings Embodied in Red Fuji
Three feelings are embodied in this work.
🗻 Respect for Mount Fuji, Symbol of Japan
Mount Fuji, the spiritual anchor of Japanese hearts. I expressed its beauty and majesty through countless glass fragments.
🎨 Admiration for Van Gogh’s Art
Inspired by the swirling celestial expression of “Starry Night,” I painted a fantastical starry sky above Mount Fuji.
💫 “Healing Waves” of 1500-Year-Old Stained Glass
The shock of encountering stained glass at Chartres Cathedral in Paris in September 2024. After 9 months of research and over 200,000 prototypes, I recreated these “healing waves” in modern times.
To Build a Rich Art World
To build a rich art world, we need “a peaceful, safe, and tranquil world without conflict.”
In places with war and conflict, people are struggling to survive and have no room to enjoy art.
Even if we can deliver beautiful art to people whose hearts are exhausted, trembling with fear, and who have lost hope for the future, it is difficult for them to truly enjoy art from their hearts.
Therefore, I wish for a world where people around the world can live in peace, have peace of mind, and genuinely enjoy art.
The prayer embodied in this “Red Fuji” is—
A prayer for the “happiness” of everyone around the world.
“Healing Waves” Can Change the World
For over 1500 years, stained glass in European cathedrals has continued to heal people’s hearts.
In times of war and peace, people have prayed before stained glass, been healed, and found peace of mind.
If we could recreate these “healing waves” through modern AI technology and deliver them throughout the world—
If these “healing waves” could be experienced anywhere in the world—homes, offices, hospitals, schools—
Wouldn’t the world become more peaceful?
This is not a pipe dream.
Scientifically proven “healing waves”—light interference, structural color, parasympathetic nervous system stimulation—these physically affect the human mind and body.

The mosaic woven by countless glass pieces, light reflection, changing expressions with viewing angle—these create “healing waves.”
