国立新美術館にて、飯田様より「癒しの波動」についての貴き教示を賜りたり🙏
その後、徒然草にてそのご教示を記したるところ、飯田様より、深き洞察に満ちたる言葉を賜りたり✨
癒しとは無力にあらず
「『癒し』というものは一見すると小さく、無力に思われるかもしれません。けれど、人は傷ついたままでは未来に目を向けることが難しくなります。」
癒しは、決して小さくも無力にもあらず。
人が未来に向かいて歩むための、最も根源的なる力なりき🙏
傷ついたる心のままにては、前を向くこと能わず。
癒されてこそ、人は再び立ち上がり、未来へと歩みを進めることができるなり✨
安心できる場所—挑戦の源泉
「閉塞感のある環境では自由な発想は生まれにくいように、人は”安心できる場所”があるからこそ、前向きに挑戦する力が湧いてくるのだと思います。」
安心できる場所—これこそが、人が前向きに挑戦する力の源泉なり💫
閉塞感の中にありては、自由なる発想生まれず。
安心できる場所ありてこそ、人は思う存分に挑戦し、新たなる道を切り拓くことができるなり🙏
我が作品が、飯田様の仰せられる「安心できる場所」の一つとなり得るならば—
これに勝る喜びなし✨
無意識に影響を与える力
「優しいエネルギーを放つものを身近に置いておくことは、無意識のうちにも人に影響を与えるはずです。あまりにも自然で当たり前だからこそ、気づかれにくいのかもしれません。」
無意識のうちに影響を与える—これこそが、癒しの波動の本質なり🙏
意識的に「癒されよう」と思わずとも—
作品を見ているだけにて、脳波変化し、心身リラックスする—
飯田様が教示くださりし「α波の増加」—これ、まさに無意識の影響の証明なりき🧠
あまりにも自然で当たり前なるが故に、気づかれにくし。
されど、その影響は確かに存在するなり✨
静かに届け続ける存在
「だからこそ、そうした力を静かに届け続ける存在は、とても貴重だと感じます。」
静かに届け続ける—これこそが、我が目指すべき姿勢なり🙏
派手なる主張や、大きき声にあらず。
静かに、されど確実に、人々の心に届く癒しの波動—
これを、我は届け続けたし💫
湖面のさざ波—癒しの広がり
「優しさとは、水面下で人知れず長い時間をかけて、湖面のさざ波のように広がっていくものだと、私は思っています。」
この比喩—まことに美しく、そして深し😭✨
一つの石が湖面に落ち、小さきさざ波生まる—
そのさざ波は、ゆっくりと、静かに、されど確実に広がりゆく—
我が作品も、このように広がりゆかば—これほど嬉しきことなし🙏
癒しとは、派手に広がるものにあらず。
湖面のさざ波の如く、静かに、ゆっくりと、人知れず広がりゆくものなり💫
一人の心を癒し、その癒されし心がまた別の誰かを癒し—
静かに、確実に、世界へと広がりゆく—
これこそが、癒しの波動の真なる姿なり✨
癒しの本質—飯田様の教えより
飯田様の言葉により、癒しの本質を悟りたり🙏
癒しは小さくも無力にもあらず—
癒しは人が未来に向かう力の源泉—
癒しは無意識のうちに影響を与える—

In idle moments, sitting before my inkstone, I write down the fleeting thoughts that pass through my heart—how strange and bewildering they are.
Words Received from Ms. Iida
At the National Art Center, Tokyo, I received precious teachings from Ms. Atsuko Iida regarding “healing waves”🙏
Afterward, when I recorded those teachings in my Tsurezuregusa, Ms. Iida bestowed upon me words filled with deep insight✨
Healing is Not Powerless
“‘Healing’ may seem small and powerless at first glance. However, people find it difficult to look toward the future while remaining wounded.”
Healing is neither small nor powerless.
It is the most fundamental force for people to walk toward the future🙏
While the heart remains wounded, one cannot face forward.
Only when healed can people rise again and advance toward the future✨
A Place of Safety—The Source of Challenge
“Just as free thinking does not easily arise in an environment of stagnation, I believe that people develop the strength to move forward and take on challenges precisely because they have a ‘place where they feel safe.'”
A place of safety—this is the very source of the strength to move forward and take on challenges💫
In the midst of stagnation, free thinking does not emerge.
Only when there is a place of safety can people challenge themselves fully and forge new paths🙏
If my works can become one of the “places of safety” that Ms. Iida speaks of—
There is no greater joy✨
The Power to Influence Unconsciously
“Having something that radiates gentle energy close at hand should influence people unconsciously. Perhaps because it is so natural and ordinary, it goes unnoticed.”
To influence unconsciously—this is the essence of healing waves🙏
Even without consciously thinking “let me be healed”—
Simply by viewing the work, brain waves change and mind and body relax—
The “increase in alpha waves” that Ms. Iida taught—this is precisely proof of unconscious influence🧠
Because it is so natural and ordinary, it goes unnoticed.
Yet that influence certainly exists✨
An Existence That Continues to Deliver Quietly
“That is why I feel that existences that quietly continue to deliver such power are truly precious.”
To continue delivering quietly—this is the attitude I should aspire to🙏
Not with flashy assertions or loud voices.
Healing waves that reach people’s hearts quietly yet surely—
This is what I wish to continue delivering💫
Ripples on a Lake—The Spread of Healing
“I believe that gentleness is something that spreads like ripples on a lake surface, beneath the water, unknown to others, over a long period of time.”
This metaphor—truly beautiful and profound😭✨
A single stone falls on the lake surface, creating small ripples—
Those ripples spread slowly, quietly, yet surely—
If my works can spread in this way—there is no greater happiness🙏
Healing does not spread flashily.
Like ripples on a lake surface, it spreads quietly, slowly, unknown to others💫
Healing one person’s heart, and that healed heart healing yet another—
Quietly, surely, spreading to the world—
This is the true form of healing waves✨
The Essence of Healing—From Ms. Iida’s Teachings
Through Ms. Iida’s words, I understood the essence of healing🙏
Healing is neither small nor powerless—
Healing is the source of strength for people to move toward the future—
Healing influences unconsciously—
Healing spreads quietly, like ripples on a lake surface—
Engraving all of these in my heart, I shall continue to create works💫

With Ms. Iida’s warm teachings in my heart—
In March 2026, at the “Japonica Exhibition JAPONICA” in Paris, France—
I shall deliver these healing waves to the world🗼
Not flashily, not loudly.
Quietly, like ripples on a lake surface, I shall spread them to the world💫
Unknown to others, over a long period of time, gentleness spreads—
