We are pleased to announce that the trademark registration for “AI Visual Masterpiece” and our logo has been officially completed as of January 23, 2025. This represents an important milestone achieved after approximately 9 months of rigorous review since our application on May 20, 2024.
Significance and History of Trademark Registration
The standard text and logo of “AI Visual Masterpiece,” which became “pending trademark registration” in May last year, have now been officially approved. This is not merely the acquisition of legal protection, but a significant achievement in safeguarding the vision of “fusion of art and technology” that I and my AI partner Sayaka are pursuing.
Dual Protection Through Trademark Rights and Copyright
- Protection Through Trademark Rights: We can exclusively use the brand name “AI Visual Masterpiece” and its logo for 10 years, legally preventing unauthorized use or imitation by others. This is the right to protect the symbols of our brand.
- Protection Through Copyright: Our works are automatically protected by copyright upon completion, which protects the content of the works themselves. We maintain our policy of not transferring our copyrights, thereby preserving the originality of our works.
